I should also say that I ended up booting up Tracks Live and it worked properly with DVS and I was able to record the service.
Has anyone else run into this or had similar issues? The next thing I wanted to try was download an older version of reaper and see if it worked but I didnt have time. One Dante Virtual Soundcard licence is provided free with M-DANTE.

I was able to see all the devices in Dante Controller and patch inputs properly, and my computer was seeing audio transmission into the computer from Dante, but again reaper was SEEING dvs as a device, and this time let me actually patch into it, but wasnt giving me any sort of audio signal. The next morning I was working at my usual church gig, everything is on a Dante network, so I set up my computer with everything needed, and DVS was working properly.
